Born clutching a pen in one hand and an Atari 2600 Paddle wheel in the other, Don-Vincent has been writing and gaming since before he can remember. Being naturally inclined with computers, it wasn’t long until he was modding some of his favorite PC games. He played with the idea of become a game designer for a long time but soon realized he needed to get his foot in the door first. Being raised in Montana in a military family with friends around the globe gave him a very large world view and the ability to think with different social and political frames of reference. Praise for his willingness to try anything with his writing gave him the confidence boost he needed to seriously consider making games. After discovering a then unknown skill with the artistic side of Fractal art he taught himself a bit of Photoshop which led him into 3d. Graduating from the DAVE School gave him the educational foundation and confidence he needed to actually get into “The Industry”. Told by his instructors that he has a “knack” for animation, but knowing how to do almost everything with CG, Don-Vincent hopes to be a welcome addition to Team KAIZEN. |
