Colin has been playing games since 1987 when he opened his Nintendo Entertainment System on Christmas morning. He still remembers plugging it in, turning it on and running headfirst into that first little Goomba on level 1-1. Ever since that day he was hooked on games. It wasn’t until years later that he realized his love for games would turn into a need to create them.

Growing up in Boston, MA, he would read his Nintendo Power Magazines. His favorite issues were the ones dedicated to the annual Electronics Entertainment Expo or E3. He dreamed of one day being able to attend the massive convention. After moving to LA, E3 came and went without so much as a glimpse inside the doors. It wasn’t until The Official PlayStation Blog held an event in LA the weekend before E3 ‘09 that promised the first 100 people through the door a ticket to the convention.

This little event was where he hooked up with the Team Kaizen crew. In one day, Colin had secured a ticket to the convention and met the people who would make sure that he would be involved in gaming for the rest of his life.

Colin has a Bachelor’s Degree in 3D Visual Communication from Platt College in Los Angeles, CA.
